1. Overview
The micro laser rangefinder module (hereinafter referred to as the laser rangefinder module) is a precise photoelectric device that measures distance by emitting a laser beam at the target and calculating the distance based on laser flight time. It features on outstanding performance and easy operation by TTL communication interfaces. The laser of this rangefinder is prohibited from direct exposure to human eyes.

The main components of micro laser rangefinder module are as follows::
a) Control and information processing circuit components;
b) Laser transmitting and receiving module

2.4 Safety
In order to safeguard the safety of test subjects and test personnel, the following safety measures were taken during the design process of the DYC-19A compact laser distance measuring machine:
a) Conduct safety design and analysis in accordance with GJB 900A-2012 General Requirements for Equipment Safety Work;
b) Use of non-flammable materials and stable and reliable connection of mechanical and electrical interfaces;
c) The key system and the components for controlling key functions have error-proof design;
d) Reasonable design means are adopted to avoid the gathering of water vapour, which may lead to short circuit;
e) The human eye safe laser as the working wave band;
f) Work under the safe voltage for human body.
